This is an initiative of the Central Africa Business Energy Platform to develop a recruiter network of the best talent from all the countries in the sub-region in order to close the gap between companies that are having difficulty finding the right workers, and individuals who are unemployed and seeking opportunities in the energy sector.
A Proper Screening and Assessment of Candidates
Candidates will undergo a screening phase and background checks to ensure that those with the best abilties are presented to the companies and organisations that are in need of their abilities. The selection will be based on experience and qualifications, assessments (such as exams or tests), and interviews.
